Looong time with little success but that's all about to change!
A friend of mine had huge success working with Metabolic Research and so, I will be joining up next week. I'm excited to have someone hold me accountable and well, hold my hand through the process. I look forward to losing 30lbs or so within just a few months.
My husband drove me there yesterday for a consultation because my health is screaming for me to get in shape! My dad is so miserably ill that he has begged me to get healthy and now after losing and then rapidly gaining back, my lower back is so sore! It has been an agonizing few days.
This ought to be a journey that I'll be happy to blog about.
