Still Weighting...

The scale is taunting me! 160. 160. 160! I SAID 160!!!!
AAARRRGGGHHH!
Surely I can defeat it. My muscles are sore. I've been breaking a sweat and spending 30-60 minutes 4-5 times per week at the gym. Success please come to me!

  1. Hey! I thought I would give you some encouragment!!! You ARE loosing (bad) weight! the only thing is muscle weighs more than fat so its like going up before you go down..but once muscle replaces fat you burn energy all the time! KEEP GOING!!! woohoo!!
